Professional experience
I have been conducting private sessions since 2014. Since 2016, I have worked as a psychologist for Caritas International, providing support to individuals affected by the conflict in eastern Ukraine. Daily, I hold 3–4 counseling sessions and at least one group session per week. In my practice, I have conducted over 1,260 individual and family consultations, as well as more than 400 workshops, group sessions, and lectures.
Areas of focus
- Low self-esteem and its consequences. Grief and loss after divorce or other significant losses. Feeling of dissatisfaction with one's life. Difficulties in interpersonal relationships. Disharmony in family dynamics. Presence of fears and phobias.
