Professional experience
I have been providing psychological counseling since 2018. Since 2019, I have been conducting group sessions on personal development psychology for adolescents aged 8-17. Since 2021, I have been offering long-term individual psychotherapy for teenagers.
Areas of focus
- I focus not only on problems but also on nurturing your curiosity about yourself and enhancing your quality of life. I specialize in working with adolescents, building strong rapport in one-on-one sessions. I lead online group sessions on personal development psychology for teens aged 8–17, with the first session always free. In individual therapy with clients of all ages, I address psychosomatic symptoms, workplace and relationship challenges (including parent-child dynamics), tackling both immediate concerns and deeper internal questions.
