- I work with a wide range of concerns: relationship harmony, intimacy and sexual fulfillment, anorgasmia, finding life purpose, motivation and goal achievement, emotional regulation, boosting self-esteem and personal growth, adapting to life abroad during periods of uncertainty, anxiety management, building self-confidence, motherhood, preparing for childbirth, navigating parenting crises, as well as issues related to gender identity and sexual orientation. I use an integrative approach, tailoring therapy to each individual’s unique needs. My goal is to help mentally healthy clients address personal and intimate challenges in a safe, trusting, and comfortable environment.
