I have been practicing for about 3 years. I have been in personal therapy for over 4 years. Additionally, I continuously refine my skills through ongoing education, supervision, annual conferences, and intensives to ensure more sustainable and effective work. I provide counseling in Ukrainian and Russian.

As a perinatal psychologist, I also support women through psychological preparation for motherhood and childbirth, addressing fears related to labor, postpartum depression, self-doubt as a mother, past trauma, and the need for emotional resources and support.
