Work experience: from 2011 to 2013 — psychologist at the social service of Vinnytsia City Council. Since 2013 — private practice. Leads thematic groups on sculptural self-portraiture 'Create Your Image' and psychological photo game 'He and She'. Author of workshops on psychosomatics and art therapy. Group therapy facilitator. Provides supervision for individual and group therapists. Training therapist.
Areas of focus
- I work with adults, adolescents, and couples. I assist clients experiencing life crises, relationship difficulties, breakups, social adaptation challenges, loneliness, depression, anxiety, panic attacks, psychosomatic symptoms, parent-child conflicts, complex emotions in romantic relationships, and codependent dynamics. I help clients find meaning in life, deepen self-awareness, and foster personal growth. I also lead group therapy to enhance communication skills, resolve interpersonal conflicts, strengthen self-esteem, and reinforce the progress made in individual therapy.
