Professional experience
I have been in private practice since 2018. Currently, I am completing my psychotherapy training at GLE International (International Society for Logotherapy and Existential Analysis, Vienna). Since 2016, I have been undergoing personal therapy, participating in therapy groups, and receiving supervision. I regularly attend training seminars, workshops, and lectures. Sessions are available in person in a cozy office in central Dnipro or online without restrictions.
Areas of focus
- I support clients in finding their own path in life, moving beyond external expectations and constraints. Together, we explore deep-seated emotions to uncover what truly matters to each individual. My work spans a wide range of challenges, from navigating life crises to rediscovering purpose and meaning. I specialize in helping clients adapt to change—whether through emigration, divorce, or career shifts—as well as addressing self-esteem issues, anxiety, and depression. I assist individuals in establishing healthy boundaries in relationships, overcoming emotional dependency and codependency, and navigating grief and loss. I also provide support to those seeking freedom from addiction and their loved ones, offering psychological guidance at every stage of recovery.
