Professional experience
Licensed psychologist and Doctor of Education in Psychology. I integrate cognitive-behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy, art therapy, and coaching in my work. My goal is to support clients in overcoming difficulties, helping them explore themselves more deeply, unlock inner resources, and find stability. I also provide psychological support during challenging life situations. To maintain professional standards, I engage in personal therapy and supervision. I have been running a private psychotherapy practice since 2017, offering individual sessions. I work with the LGBTQ+ community and provide both in-person and online consultations (via Skype, Zoom, FaceTime).

I work with issues such as relationship difficulties (family, partners, friends), workplace conflicts or feelings of professional dissatisfaction, finding life direction and self-realization, lack of purpose or meaning in life, emotional challenges (anxiety, fears, panic attacks, chronic fatigue, irritability), addressing negative beliefs («I’m worthless», «I don’t deserve this», «It’s all my fault»), low self-esteem, self-doubt, difficulty setting boundaries, and support during divorce.
