I am a practicing psychologist and psychotherapist. I provide professional support for anxiety, panic attacks, grief, and adapting to new life circumstances. I work exclusively with adults, helping them better understand themselves, their needs, and desires, find new meanings and goals, and move toward them. I assist in resolving relationship issues with loved ones, parents, children, and friends. During individual sessions, clients develop skills to manage their emotional state, become more adaptable, and resilient to modern challenges. Sometimes it’s difficult to find a way out of a tough situation alone—professional support and understanding can help uncover solutions. Individual sessions last 50 minutes, while family sessions are 1.5 hours. For ongoing psychotherapy, we agree on regular meetings (once a week).
