Professional experience
I have been practicing since 2021, with over 1,500 hours of individual counseling and 400+ hours of supervision. I have experience working with adults both in individual sessions and group settings.
Areas of focus
- I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, adjustment difficulties, relationship challenges, as well as issues related to self-esteem and self-acceptance.
