Professional experience
Over 9 years of private practice. Member of the National Association of Gestalt Therapists of Ukraine (NAGTU) and the National Psychological Association (NPA). I work with adults (from 18 years old). Individual and group psychotherapy, counseling, crisis psychological support. Leading psychological support groups, workshops at conferences, forums, and privately. I work in person (Kyiv) and online.

Clients come to me with issues such as relationship difficulties with loved ones, feelings of loneliness, distrust of others, fear of being oneself in social interactions, low self-esteem and insecurity, anxiety, irritability, fatigue, apathy, frequent stress, conflicts at work or with others, and questions around self-discovery and self-realization. I also work with marital crises (misunderstandings, emotional distance, fear of losing a partner or betrayal), life transitions (moving, changing jobs, having a child), grief and loss, panic attacks, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
