Professional experience
Over 3 years of experience as a counseling psychologist (2018–2021). In addition to consulting at a consulting firm, I conducted personal development workshops (mnemonics, time management, resource development, self-esteem work, etc.). Now I’ve returned to counseling psychology practice.
Areas of focus
- Issues with self-esteem, personal identity formation, and internal conflicts stemming from uncertainty about one's desires and needs. Helping overcome procrastination, perfectionism, and life crises. Addressing communication difficulties and improving relationships with others. Counseling on family dynamics, challenges in communication with children and adolescents.
