Since 2017 — individual and couples counseling, psychotherapy, group therapy, and supervision.
Areas of focus
- I provide support for issues related to self-doubt, low self-esteem, and anxiety, as well as help clients navigate the aftermath of depression. My expertise includes sexuality, relationships, and intimacy—addressing challenges like difficulty forming or maintaining relationships, breakups, infidelity, and family conflicts. I assist with crises stemming from loss, major life changes, age-related transitions, or relationship breakdowns. I also help clients navigate parenting challenges, separation from parents, and adjusting to new family dynamics. Additionally, I work with trauma from violence, existential questions about loss of meaning, and other struggles that diminish life satisfaction. Sessions are available online (via Viber, Messenger, Telegram) and in person in Lviv, Ukraine, at 42 Sakharova Street.
