Professional experience
Psychological counseling experience since 2019. Author and facilitator of psychological workshops and group therapy for women. Work with preschool children: early development sessions, diagnostic and developmental correction work, counseling for parents and educators. Conduct online sessions (Zoom, Telegram).
Areas of focus
- I help clients address personal challenges such as anxiety, emotional exhaustion, relationship difficulties (personal, family, or professional), low self-esteem, and burnout. I also support clients in restoring their psychological resources, providing guidance, and offering information tailored to their needs. My approach is grounded in unconditional acceptance, respect, and confidentiality.
