Professional experience
I am a psychologist and individual/group psychotherapist. My journey in psychology began in 2010. Over the years, I earned a master's degree in psychology, completed two levels of Gestalt therapy training, worked as a psychologist in a crisis service, and accumulated many hours of personal therapy and supervision. My primary focus is on finding balance in relationships and life as a whole. I help clients become more confident, better understand their needs and emotions, reconnect with themselves, and build healthier relationships with others.
