Professional experience
I have been running a private psychological practice since 2018. From 2020 to 2022, I worked as an expert psychologist on the *Hovoryt Ukraina* project. From 2022 to 2023, I served as a psychologist for adolescents in the *7fields* social-psychological project. My work integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy, art therapy, and Gestalt therapy methods.

- Depression, anxiety, psychosomatic disorders; difficulties with emotional self-regulation, self-control, and self-soothing; loss of life purpose, suicidal thoughts; self-destructive behavior, self-harm; sexual abuse; physical and emotional abuse; loss of loved ones, divorce; job or housing loss; issues with self-esteem, self-realization, and relationship-building; multiple life crises; psychoeducation and support; psychological guidance in difficult life situations.
