Professional experience
I have been practicing since 2015. My primary approach is person-centered therapy. I also integrate techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy, art therapy, and others. Since Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, my focus has been on trauma, adjustment disorders, and PTSD. I tailor methods and techniques to each client's unique needs and requests. My work is built on confidentiality, creating a safe space, avoiding judgment, and offering unconditional respect and acceptance.
Areas of focus
specialization, area of professional interest
My practice focuses on addressing personal crises, improving self-esteem, and fostering healthy relationships. Since the pandemic and Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, I’ve shifted my focus to helping clients manage anxiety, stress, emotional instability, and the sense of a stalled life. I also work with feelings of guilt, shame, loneliness, helplessness, and despair, supporting clients in regaining a sense of control over their lives and discovering their inner resources for growth.
