Professional experience
Since 2013, I have experience applying psychotherapeutic methods, techniques, and approaches in individual therapy. Member of the All-Ukrainian Union of Gestalt Approach Practicing Psychologists.
Areas of focus
- Addressing personal boundaries, improving family and partnership dynamics, enhancing self-esteem, time management, overcoming crisis states, somatic therapy to release tension, address psychosomatic symptoms, and restore bodily harmony.
