From 2013 to 2018 studied at Rivne State Humanitarian University in the specialty "Master of Psychology, Teacher, Psychologist"; from 2014 to 2016 headed the "Volunteer School" at the Center for Educational and Methodological Work of the Faculty of Psychology and Natural Sciences; in 2016 completed a training course at the Western Ukrainian Association of Art Psychologists and Art Therapists in "Counseling Adults and Children" (Stavytska O.H. and Nazarevych V.V.); in 2017 founded her own Brain Studio of Psychological Development in Rivne; since 2019 began training at the Kyiv Gestalt University (studied under O. Krylo, N. Davydenko).
Professional experience
Over 7 years of practical experience. Online consultations for clients in Finland, Hungary, Poland, and Israel. Corporate training sessions upon request. Authored program “Therapeutic Group ‘I Am’”, course “Self-Esteem”, and a series of lectures on the body and emotions.
Areas of focus
- I address deep personal challenges: childhood trauma, life crises, low self-esteem, relationship conflicts (with parents, partners, children), family patterns, and internal contradictions. I help clients overcome stress, anxiety, depression, learn self-love, and pursue their dreams. I also work on leadership development, teamwork, and confidence in public speaking.
