- Individual sessions (online and in-person) to address issues my clients successfully work through: fear of others' judgment (low self-esteem, insecurity), fear of making mistakes or wrong choices, depressive states, panic attacks, phobias, strained relationships with parents, fear of life changes (including career shifts), goal-setting and achievement, breaking free from codependent relationships, chronic self-criticism and dissatisfaction with life/appearance/relationships/work, psychosomatic conditions, and emotional regulation (anger, frustration, resentment, guilt).
