Professional experience
I provide individual and family counseling sessions online. I organize workshops and educational seminars, including my signature programs: "Communication Workshop," "Resilience in Times of Crisis," "What Emotions Are Saying," and "The Path to Forgiveness." Co-founder of the annual initiative "Family Practice." Previously worked as a psychologist at Caritas Ivano-Frankivsk and the NGO "Filter Center." I maintain a private practice.
Areas of focus
- I address existential concerns, fears and depressive states, personal growth, couple relationships (including divorce prevention), parent-child conflicts, low self-esteem, anxiety, misunderstandings, internal conflicts, burnout, exhaustion, as well as supporting the grieving process.
