I am an early-career counseling psychologist who is just beginning my professional journey. Thanks to my education and personal experience, I have the resources to support others, and I’m happy to do so.

- I work with issues related to low self-esteem, finding purpose and self-actualization, lack of motivation, rebuilding personal resources, feelings of loneliness, shame, difficulty understanding one’s own needs, and self-doubt.
