Areas of focus
- Life doesn’t come with instructions, and it’s important to find your own strategies to cope with challenges and changes. Sometimes, you just need not to lose yourself, get support during difficult times, and recognize your needs and desires in time. You matter! We explore and process early traumatic experiences, difficulties in family relationships, personal issues such as low self-esteem, guilt, fears, anxiety, and struggles with understanding your own emotions and desires. We also address age-related crises and unresolved life events.
