Since 2018, I have been practicing within the Gestalt approach and art coaching. I am a certified Gestalt therapist and sexologist. I specialize in working with families, codependent relationships, groups, and psychosomatic disorders.
Areas of focus
- Specializes in self-discovery, personal and professional growth, and overcoming emotional burnout. Assists clients in navigating complex issues in family, partnership, and professional relationships, supports them through grief, loss, and traumatic experiences. Works with crisis situations, provides support to displaced individuals, and helps manage post-traumatic stress disorder, emotional dependency, and codependent relationships. Counsels on anxiety, fear, loneliness, depression, dissatisfaction with life, and difficult life choices.
