Areas of focus
- Individual and family counseling, long-term psychotherapy, and therapeutic groups. Addressing personal and family issues, interpersonal relationships, crisis and loss processing, and codependency. Helping clients overcome anxiety, fears, find life purpose, and manage psychosomatic symptoms. I do not work with children under 15, individuals with substance or alcohol addiction, gambling disorders, or those with serious mental illnesses.
