Professionally interested in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), evidence-based psychological intervention methods, and research in psychology.
Professional experience
I have experience in psychological counseling and individual work addressing concerns related to emotional state, anxiety, self-esteem, personal boundaries, and interpersonal interactions.
My practice is grounded in the cognitive-behavioral approach (CBT), utilizing tools such as psychological counseling, psychoeducation, and emotional support.
I also have professional experience in an international humanitarian setting, specifically with the International Committee of the Red Cross. I worked with individuals facing difficult life circumstances, which provided me with experience in attentive communication, addressing individual needs, and understanding the impact of crisis events on a person's life.
I continue to advance professionally in the field of cognitive-behavioral therapy and deepen my practical knowledge.
Areas of focus
- I work with adults and adolescents who want to better understand themselves, their emotions, thoughts, and behavioral responses, navigate difficult life situations, and find new ways of interacting with themselves and the world around them.
- You can reach out to me with concerns related to:
- Anxiety, excessive worry, and inner tension
- Low self-esteem, self-doubt, and harsh self-criticism
- Emotional exhaustion, stress, and difficulties with recovery
- Understanding your own emotions, needs, and desires
- Personal boundaries and interpersonal relationships
- Fear of change, uncertainty, and new life circumstances
- Repeated patterns of thinking and behavior
- Difficulties with decision-making and adapting to life changes
- In my work, I apply principles of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), helping clients explore the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behavior, gain deeper insight into their reactions, and gradually develop more adaptive ways of coping with challenges.
