Professional experience
Since 2018, I have been a practicing Gestalt psychologist, providing individual consultations on loss, trauma, personal boundaries, workaholism, self-esteem, depression, and anxiety.
Since 2022, I have been conducting group supervision as part of my specialization in "Trauma and Loss Work in the Gestalt Approach."
Since 2023, I have been offering both individual and group supervision in the Gestalt approach.
Areas of focus
- Interpersonal relationships, coping with loss and trauma, setting personal boundaries, overcoming workaholism, improving self-esteem, and personal growth.
