Areas of focus
- I provide counseling in Ukrainian and Russian. I help clients with self-doubt, anxiety, and struggles with identity and self-acceptance. I work with depression, psychological trauma, crises, toxic shame, and guilt. I specialize in resolving conflicts, communication difficulties, and building healthy relationships. I assist with psychological separation from parents, issues of freedom and dependency in relationships, as well as self-realization and career development. I treat PTSD, CPTSD, chronic stress, and emotional or professional burnout. I DO NOT work with addictions (alcohol, drugs, gambling), eating disorders, sexual dysfunctions, mental illnesses, children, adolescents, pregnant women, loss of a child or loved one, body dysmorphia, or issues related to transgender identity or gender transition.
