Professional experience

Since 2007, I have worked in psychology within public institutions. The birth of my two children and my own life experiences led me to explore myself, and that’s how I came to psychotherapy—first as a client, then as a certified specialist. Since 2015, I have maintained my own private practice.
My primary approach is Gestalt therapy, but I am also certified in systemic family therapy, art therapy, and child-parent relationship psychotherapy.
I invite you to explore together what matters to you: understand your emotions, improve your quality of life, or find solutions to other concerns through consultations or deeper therapeutic work.
We can choose a convenient time, language, and format for our sessions. Feel free to reach out—I’d be happy to meet you!
