Professional experience
Professional experience since 2010. Worked in state security at the Kyiv Police Department, a narcological rehabilitation center for substance and alcohol dependence, Addictology Institute (co-founder, trainer), and private practice. Additional training: 2013 — three-year international program at the Ukrainian Institute of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (UICBT), an EACBT (European Association for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies) member. 2016 — three-day workshop on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). 2017 — schema therapy.
Areas of focus
- Chemical and non-chemical addictions, codependency; family therapy (harmonizing relationships in a couple, improving communication, resolving conflicts, processing infidelity); psychological trauma, phobias, fears, consequences of violence, depression, anxiety disorders, crises; panic attacks, panic disorder; PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder); anger regulation issues; acute grief reactions; low self-esteem (insecurity).
