I work within the Gestalt approach to address challenges such as navigating crises and difficult life situations, building healthy self-esteem and identity, and overcoming interpersonal difficulties—whether in parent-child relationships, romantic partnerships, or friendships. I help clients rediscover meaning in life, reignite their sense of purpose, and tap into their inner resources. My focus also includes managing anxiety, overcoming self-doubt, and addressing emotionally dependent relationships. I do not work with children or adolescents, oncology patients, grief counseling, panic attacks, depression, or bipolar affective disorder.
