I work from a holistic perspective, seeing each person as an integrated system where body and mind are inseparably connected. Physical symptoms or illness often serve as signals of internal imbalance. My goal is to help translate that signal into a qualitatively new level of life, treating psychosomatic issues not as uncharted territory but as a map guiding the way to change. I’m ready to explore with you: psychosomatic manifestations, anxiety disorders, relationships with loved ones (partners, family, friends, colleagues), as well as issues of self-worth, self-acceptance, and self-realization. Your experience is the starting point—important in itself. We work with how you perceive and live through that experience, where you find yourself (or don’t) and how you understand yourself—as a whole or in fragments. A session with a psychologist is also an experience: new relationships, a fresh sense of self, and mindful observation of what unfolds within you and between you and others.
