Professional experience
I have been practicing as a psychologist since 2014, offering in-person sessions in Odesa and online. My passion for life and people led me to this profession. I listen attentively and genuinely understand, building my approach on deep respect for each client and their values. I never impose my own standards and handle emotions with care. My primary goal is to enhance my clients' quality of life, believing that personal transformation leads to life transformation.

My primary focus in therapy is on eating disorders and body image concerns—anorexia, bulimia, compulsive overeating, emotional eating, loss of control over eating habits, excessive fixation on "clean eating" and dietary restrictions, as well as chronic dissatisfaction with one’s body. I also work with clients on: building self-confidence and recognizing personal strengths; overcoming lack of energy, feelings of depression, apathy, and indifference; emotional and social isolation; unresolved resentments toward parents; challenges of adolescence; heightened anxiety; and panic attacks.
