For the past seven years, I’ve specialized in supporting women who have experienced domestic abuse—whether psychological or physical—and those trapped in toxic relationships with abusers. This is a focused area of my expertise, which I’ve studied thoroughly from both psychological and legal perspectives (a crucial aspect in many cases). I also work with the aftermath of childhood trauma, self-discovery, personal growth, low self-esteem, and challenges related to finding one’s purpose. I do not work with minors or men. I believe private practice thrives when a therapist focuses on issues where they have deep knowledge and experience.
