Навязчивые мысли
Здравствуйте! Меня зовут Сергей, у меня проблема с навязчивыми мыслями. Я узнал несколько лет назад, что я приемный, и теперь откуда не возьмись навязчивая мысль, что должен ли я носить фамилию биологических родителей. Я даже сформулировать это не могу, просто меня мучает то, что у меня биологические родители, которых я даже не знаю, а фамилия у меня от приемной семьи. Что со мной происходит. Пожалуйста помогите. Спасибо заранее!
