Как я могу измениться?
Раньше я была увлечена всем чем можно,только не собой.Меня интересовали исключительно мальчики,общение с ними.Да так,что я забыла совсем про себя.Недавно у меня как будто открылись глаза.Я вспомнила,что есть Я.Я была в полном шоке,осознав то,что я все это время не знала кто такая я,я как будто была не в своем теле.Я больше начала уделять время себе,теперь очень хочу поменяться внешне в лучшую сторону.Что я могу сделать?
