Депрессия после коронавируса
Здравствуйте. Впервые заболела коронавирусом. Перенесла его ужасно, такое врагу не пожелаешь. Теперь у меня панический страх заболеть им снова в будущем. Боюсь контакта с людьми, ходить в магазин, ездить в отпуск. Понимаю что этот вирус от нас никуда не денется. И 100 % защиты от него нет. Но мне очень не хочется заразиться снова, ибо второй раз я её не переживу ( я астматик).
