Детская проблема
Если кратко,то с самого детства я страдаю проблемой,что чуство как будто за мной кто то следит.Єто я сама себе внушила еще в раннем детсве.Такое чуство что у тей людей,с которыми мне не хватает общения есть камеры,и они следят за моей жизню.Видят что я делаю,как я делаю.Я сама знаю что это не правда и за мной никто не следит,но не могу перестать об этом думать.И не могу быть сама собой,постоянно хочеться казаться лутше,что б меня увидели именно с хорошой стороны,недавно начало даже это нравиться...С чем это может быть связано? И какой вред от этого? Можна ли это как-то перебороть?
