Каждый вечер подавленное настроение,а иногда(через день) слёзы,нарушенный режим сна,нет сил работать,вечная усталость,ненависть к себе,за то что не могу взять в руки и исправить всю запущенность,страх смерти,резкие просыпания в 5 утра,от успешного сердцебиения и чувства присутствия кого-то,зацикленность на прошлых ошибках и обидах,страх потерять любимого человека(
