Не могу поменяться
У меня проблема... Когда начинаю, что то делать не могу остановится во время... Например, начинаю писать мужчине в соц сетях, и пишу и пишу, потом хоть нету ответа, а я думаю и снова пишу и начинаю боятся, что если не отпишу, то меня забудут и меня блокируют на сайтах знакомств... Вобще, не могу остановится..... Так хочется написать и поделится, тем что приходит в голову.... Как вовремя остановиться?
