У меня проблемы с самооценкой.
Здравствуйте. У меня проблемы с самооценкой. Уже несколько лет это длится, а я не могу ничего с этим сделать. Я помню всего 1 день когда у меня не было загонов насчёт своего роста, лица или телосложения. Я могу начать чувствовать себя плохо просто во время того как иду по улице. я чувствую себя плохо, максимально отстраненно и ощущение что я в теле 8- классника.
