Как выйти с годовой депрессии?
Расставание с парнем с которым была год потянуло за собой груз тяжёлых воспоминаний, я начала выпивать, при поддержке мамы бросила пить но депрессия так и не уходила, через пол года после расставания парень разбился насмерть, я начала много стресовать, набрала 10 килограмм за 1,5 месяца, нету желания заниматься саморазвитием, помогите пожалуйста с этого всего плохого состояния выйти! Прошу!!!
