Мне страшно
Рассталась после 3 лет совместной жизни. Последний месяц я очень подавлена.Плачу часто. Постоянное чувство тревоги, безысходности. Работа помогает отвлечься, но не надолго. Цепляюсь за моменты позитивные, а чувство, что падаю в пропасть. Плохо сплю. Запустила себя. Чувствую агрессию внутри, хотя всегда была добрейшим человеком. Буду благодарна за ответ.
