Панически боюсь поправится
Я не могу удержать вес. Я ужасно боюсь поправится и я поправляюсь- невозможно долго жить на дефиците калорий. Я каждый день вижу вместо еды цифры. Я понимаю что это возможно рпп, но этого просто не может быть! Но мое настроение теперь зависит от кухонных весов и количества калорий.
