как выйти из этого состояния
Здравствуйте меня зовут Рома, 22года. недавно стала мучить проблема не знаю как это описать одним словом( то есть я начал думать что кто-то например успешные люди лучше меня и стало вводить в панику,стресс,депрессию, то есть на них смотрят, а на меня нет( я перестал видеть смысл в жизни, ничего не хочется , единственное что меня еще держит я играю в покер и хочу им зарабатывать.Сижу дома уже наверно года 4.
