Параноя, тривога.
Добрий день. Одного разу попав на неприємне відео. Там я говорю про один неприємний факт для мене і по суті виливаю душу). Справа в тому, що це відео скинули багатьом знайомим. Більше того це відео залили в інтернет і воно стало досить популярним. Ця ситуація відбулась зі мною рік тому і про це все я дізнався недавно. Але не раз бачив косі погляди на собі і чув насмішки за спиною. Через це все я не можу перестати думати про ці події і в мене постійне відчуття тривоги і параноя. Що мені робити? Дякую.
