Скажите, что способствует проявлении агрессии в виде поднимание руки во время ссоры с близким человеком? Когда понимаю что человек не хочет меня слышать и понимать я начинаю очень сильно злиться и именно в этот момент не могу себя сдерживать и могу поднять руку на своего молодого человека. Могу на друзей. Какая причина этого? И как с этим бороться?
