Я безумно устала, я не знаю как избавиться он навязчивых мыслей, я давно хотела обратиться за помощу. Меня много чего угнетает и я искренне не понимаю как с этим справиться. Я полтора года назад рассталась с парнем но до сих пор пытаюсь вернуть отношения, я часто рыдаю на этой почве, часто пишу ему, и мне больно видеть что у него есть другая....
