Почему не могу поставить и выполнить долгосрочную цель?
Не могу выполнять долгосрочную цель. Например, покачать пресс месяц или посидеть на диете для желудка. Вот вроде бы решилась, на строилась, хватает дня на три. Думаю, завтра буду делать так и так. А самой страшновато, где-то глубоко понимаю, что сорвусь. Знаю, что эти цели нужно достичь, но по сути год сводиться к планированию и безуспешным попыткам.
