Страх перед відносинами
Доброго дня!
Моя проблема в тому, що при зустрічі з дівчиною яка мені подобається, я сильно нервую. Інколи дуже сильно, збивається голос, не вистачає повітря, починаю тремтіти. З іншими дівчатами почуваю себе вільно і просто. Підкажіть як перебороти цей страх, і як знайти його причину?
