Сон в детском саду
Добрый день, моя малышка 2.8 ходит в садик с января 2019. Все это время ходим на пол дня, пару раз ложилась в кроватку полежать, в течение часа лежит, не может уснуть, начинает причитать, что нету мамы, люблю маму и т.д., начинает плакать. Мне звонят, я прихожу забираю. Дома засыпает нормально, достаточно быстро, спит отдельно в своей кроватке. В саду спать не хочет, но сон в течение дня ей необходим, без сна не выдерживает. Как помочь ребёнку адаптироваться на дневной сон в саду?
